TX Film Hall of Fame Honors Tarantino

The Texas Film Hall of Fame Awards will honor director Quentin Tarantino on Thursday with the Tom Mix Honorary Texan Award at its tenth anniversary celebration. Director Richard Linklater and Marta Mendoza of the TXRD Lonestar Rollergirls will present him the award.

Tim Matheson will also be in attendance to induct San Antonio native Bruce McGill into the Texas Film Hall of Fame. Matheson and McGill appeared together in the 1978 film Animal House.
