NEW YORK (AP) - San Antonio Spurs center Tim Duncan has been selected to the All-NBA first team. Joining Duncan on the team are Miami's LeBron James, Oklahoma City's Kevin Durant, Lakers star Kobe Bryant and Clippers guard Chris Paul. Duncan and the Spurs face the Memphis Grizzlies in Game 3 of the Western Conference finals tomorrow night.

ARLINGTON, Texas (AP) - The Texas Rangers have placed right-hander Derek Lowe on unconditional release waivers and signed utility man Mark Teahen to a minor league contract. The moves yesterday came three days after the Rangers designated Lowe for assignment. The 31-year-old Teahen will join AAA Round Rock today.

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) - TCU scored six runs in the ninth inning last night to stun second-seeded Oklahoma State 8-4 in the Big 12 tournament. Derek Odell and Brett Johnson each had two-run singles in the frame for the Horned Frogs. Donnie Walton and Tanner Krietemeier had two RBIs apiece for the Cowboys in the second inning.

DALLAS (AP) - Prosecutors say Dallas Cowboys defensive tackle Josh Brent has violated conditions of his bond and want it revoked. Brent is free on $100,000 bond after being charged in the December crash that killed teammate Jerry Brown Jr. Prosecutors claim Brent tampered with a device that monitors his body for the presence of alcohol.
